Accountability
- To ensure quotations are raised in the ERP system (P+)
- Maintain quotations registered in the ERP system (P+)
- Responsible for processing Purchase Orders in conjunction with the Sales Ledger
- Undertake the collation of all required tender information to assist with the timely completion of Client tenders
- Manage all Client calls and correspondence to support their requirements and liaise with GMS Sales Team as and when required
- Provide Client information to update the Glacier Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) with live sales opportunities
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the General Manager
Person Specification
Experience
- Experience in arelevantsubject or acceptable relevant experience
- Previous sales experience within a mechanical or engineering environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Efficient, with good attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
