Scott has over 25 years' experience in CFO and M&A roles in private equity-backed oil services companies. Scott was Group CFO for 3i-backed international oil services group, Howco, from 1998 to 2003 before being a key player in the successful MBOs of RGIT Montrose and Noble Denton. He also held senior roles in Petrofac, including Group Head of M&A, from 2004 to 2007. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Law degree, Scott led the MBO of Glacier Energy in 2011.
