As Corporate Development Director, Katy is responsible for Group-wide strategy development and value creation, both organically and through acquisition.
With over 18 years of experience in the energy industry, Katy has held senior roles in corporate strategy, corporate finance, and business advisory, including mergers and acquisitions at companies such as Simmons & Company (now Piper Sandler) and AAB. Katy also ran her own successful consultancy business for over 10 years.
Katy holds an LLB (Hons), an MSc in Business and Management, and a Certificate in Corporate Finance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
